"After explaining I’d just bought my ute and please could they give it a thorough check I got it serviced… when picking up car I knew there was one thing wrong with it that hadn’t been mentioned and querying it they got their apprentice through who said oh yeh I forgot to mention that.. so they aren’t checking after their apprentices who are clearly doing most of the work. I got my car serviced at a different place 6 months later who told me my rotar and pads are totally worn down and they are surprised the last service didn’t mention it. They also listed major issues with my vehicle that should have been noted before hand before getting as bad as they are. I’ve only had it 6 months and had only done 6 thousand kms in it!!! I don’t need to go into the knitty gritties, but I’ve had a bad experience with this place, my partner around the same time also got her car serviced here and the engine ran rougher after, we took it back and they said there’s nothing wrong. Since it’s been serviced elsewhere it runs great again. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I 100% DO NOT recommend using this place to get your car serviced."
