"Worst customer experience, served by Ella rose & Victoria. So rude and disrespectful, they need to learn customer service. & not lie about not having stock when they do. Moreover, they do not know how to communicate properly. If you’re in customer service learn how to talk to customers. Also it’s not hard to clean off scuffs or even offer incentives for scuffed shoes instead of giving back attitude. I’ve been working in retail- specifically shoe retail for a long time and I would never ever disrespect customers the way they did to me. Made me feel so uncomfortable would never go again."
