"Recently took my daughter's to the new mandurah store on Tuesday 22nd may 18. Thought i did the right thing when a security tag came loose by showing the ladies at the change rooms. Was met with a smile and a thankyou as apparently happens often. Meanwhile while trying on more cloths little did i know they called security and i was met out front by 4 police officers. I was accused off theft and searched in front of onlookers. I've never been more himiliated in my life. And will never be returning. Perhaps next time the staff could express there concerns directly to a customer. Not only did they scare my daughters and myself but ruined our first family outing to the new mandurah forum."
