"Did not like our experience with this mechanic, we took our 4WD in knowing the issue and explained it to them. They said they will have it for the day, rang mid day saying they couldn’t hear the noise we explained to them so walked back to shop to show them. Then in the arvo they rang saying they couldn’t fit us in that day and needed it the next. This was very inconvenient for us as we planned on only having it in for one day. The next morning they came back saying they fixed the bearings which we had already gotten done recently and that they now know what the issue with the noises our car was making. We paid for something we didn’t get asked for and left with our same issue and then not being able to fix what we wanted. Their workshop was messy and staff were unprofessional on their phones instead of working and saying stuff to us clients that we didn’t need to know. We left very angry for our time and money being wasted."
