"Ordered my childs school booklist online only just found out that the math book that Browns packed was the wrong one and I was still charged for the new book like I would know what the correct book is it look correct on the list but when I waled in the pregnant staff member seemed to know exactly what was wrong which leads me to belive they knew someome was packing them wrong. "I ordered a wireless home printer online, two weeks later nothing arrived so phoned the store and they said they don’t have stock and no apology for lack of communication. I asked if they could suggest another product and they provided another Canon home printer but didn’t tell me it wasn’t wireless and needs a cord. So I eventually received the printer and couldn’t connect it without the cord that’s purchased separately. Very disappointing service and won’t use this store again."
