"Having had previous good service, recent interaction is very disappointing. 5 yo Miele Dishwasher faulted and happy to pay $190 call-out fee. Despite numerous faults showing on the board, the technician determined that only one of those faults was the issue and I was quoted another $300 to supply & fit replacement part. Upon completion of work, technician ran dishwasher for a few minutes and determined it was working fine. However upon first complete cycle after he left, the dishwasher faulted again. The business manager insists it’s a different fault (despite numerous faults noted in first instance) and is refusing to respond any further to my phone calls . End result - I have paid $600 for a dishwasher service and still have a problem. Not good enough K&J Burns."
