"Must consider visiting when buying tiles! I’ve never renovated before and was going to go to ‘Beaumont tiles’ for its name. I found this company via Instagram and loved what I saw and I’m so glad I went in and visited! I was met by Helen, she was so helpful and provided great advice and design ideas. I really appreciated her helping me select everything down to the type of drain! There was a huge selection of lovely tiles and Helen’s service was outstanding. Price wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be for a small business! Felt very welcome and wanted as a customer even though I had just a small job."

"Ordered tiles and was told they would be in store for pickup in 1 week.... forward 3 weeks and I call THEM to find out tiles won't arrive for 3 months..... forward 3 months and I call THEM AGAIN to be told it's another 2 months wait. 10 minutes later the manager calls apologising and promising that they will work with me on price if I want to pick something else. Ok, finally some customer service. I arrange an appointment with the manager so he can show me other samples. I drove an hour to attend the appointment and he wasn't there, no samples ready and he had just phoned the girl in the store to tell her I was coming. I was there for 30 minutes waiting for her to find some samples. She showed me the tiles that I had ORDERED. She then showed me 2 other tiles that had the wrong base colour. When I said no, she said there was nothing else in my price range. I told her that the manager said he would work out something on price, she stared at me blankly. I asked for a refund."
