"I think the staff at this Cafe could do with some customer service training! 30 minutes and still waiting for 2 coffee’s. Funny thing is it isn’t that busy. The old lady doing the coffee’s is very rude, bad mouthing customers as they walk away. I should have checked the reviews before wasting my time. Says a lot about the location that they are still in business to be honest."

"Ordered one piece of cake for afternoon tea, dine in. Took ages to come and place not busy. Staff looked like they couldn't wait for the day to end, no smiles, no acknowledgement that we were waiting at the counter to be served. After all that, the carrot cake was very cold, like it had just been thawed. For the price we paid, I expected more. Wouldn't go back."

"We ordered fish and chips which took a very long time to come. When it did, it wasn't very nice at all. The fish was overcooked and dry. The chips were undercooked and soggy. The best bit on the plate was a wee bit of salad which was fresh."

"reluctantly giving 1star as we believe everyone deserves a chance to redeem themselves… staff were rude; service was slow; had to clear our own table and ask for a cloth to wipe it down; my companion was choking on her nachos and no one offered assistance or even any water (despite staff standing watching the whole time); nachos wasn’t very nice; steak sandwich was very soggy instead of toast as advertised it was warmed through buttered bread… oh and the nachos plate was chipped (see picture)… needless to say we will NOT be returning at least until we notice new staff have been employed…"

"Coffee was fairly good and the cakes were tasty but… There were multiple tables left uncleared. When our food was brought to our table it wasn’t wiped over (still crumbs left from the previous diners). Also we were eating in but one of the coffees was in a paper cup and the other in a ceramic cup. Maybe they were having a bad day and they were short staffed, but I’m not sure I’d come back again."
