"I brought a winter jacket here at Lowe's and in the first day of wearing it, the stitching unraveled. I returned to the store and explained the situation and I was happy to have the faulty jacket replaced or exchanged. I was told that my request was unacceptable, and to repair the faulty item was my only option. I was also made to feel like a second hand citizen ! I had intentions of purchasing more winter clothing, but after my shopping experience I will now be spending money elsewhere"
