"Horrible customer service I went in with my mother to return I fault item (I myself work in retail so I know how procedures are done) one second she is serving my mother with horrible attitude the next second she is looking for her air pods case completely ignoring us. When she finally comes back to serving us she is short and snappy telling us we can’t return a faulty item then actually we can but we can’t do it because it was on after pay, and my mother could take store credit or do it her self as “that’s how it’s meant to be done” the option was click and collect how come you can collect it in store but not return it."
