"If I could give Skechers DFO, Brisbane Airport ZERO stars I would. I bought a pair of female sneakers on December 20. It was ordered for me online as they did not have any in store. I was not informed of a delay due to the Christmas/New Year period. I was sent an email with a consignment number, which I found I could not track with Australia Post. I rang Skechers this morning to speak to someone about it and ended speaking to an absolutely incompetent and rude customer service assistant, Yasmin. She didnt know how to help me and kept insisting I log on to the website, click on the "contact us" link to track my order. I did that, and was taken to live chat or email. I explained to her that I just wanted to track my order, not live chat to anyone or email anyone. She just couldnt understand and kept telling me to click on the "contact us" link. Then she said that she couldnt hear me very well, so when I removed her off speaker phone, and said to her I wanted to either speak to someone in-store or track my parcel using the consignment number I was given, she hung up on me. I am stuck with a consignment number that I do not know how to track as Australia post does not recognise the number and there is no other information on any other couriers with which to track this consignment number. Poor service, rude staff, and lack of knowledge to actually help customers."

"I bought the ladies black leather work shoes ($139.95), and they were extremely comfortable, however after around six - nine months they began to fall apart. No refund available as it's "wear and tear", I also waited a week for someone to contact me after going in and showing them the shoes. Unfortunately I wont be buying these again. Six months is not long enough for a pair of shoes that expensive to last. If they had a better policy then I would absolutely buy these again. Very unfortunate."

"My husband bought a pair when we were holidaying recently as he works on roofs. The staff were not sure if they had good grip or marked roofs even though they were "work boots". He recommends them highly. He even very carefully got on a dewy roof and had no problems. They do not mark either. Better than Dunlops and comfortable."
