"Here’s a bit of food for thought…if you have a Tesla and are wanting to trade it in for a new model think twice. While I love my model 3 I was interested in the new model Y and tried to get a trade-in value online. I couldn’t get past the $400 deposit so I drove to Tesla and asked the question. I was told by the salesperson (Sacha) that I would have to complete the order for a new car to get the trade in. Which meant I had to pay the $400 order fee. He assured me I could cancel at any time. I noticed the non-refundable ordering fee but the salesperson brushed it off to get me out of his face. After waiting for weeks and numerous calls to Tesla I was offered 40% below the price I paid for my model 3 two years ago so I decided against the Model Y. When I contacted Tesla I was told I should have been aware of the non-refundable order fee (fair enough). But the salesperson was adamant I had to go through the pain of placing an order to get a trade-in and so I felt mislead. Needless to say I am not getting my money back! So disappointed in Tesla. Too busy to listen to their customers and their sterile “do it yourself” attitude doesn’t work for them. They are not Apple!"

"Tesla Gold Coast are intentionally misleading consumers around delivery dates of vehicles to secure a sale, after sales and customer support is the worst experience I’ve ever had!!!! The sales team are beyond useless and have no idea about client after care or actual delivery dates, overall a very poor experience which detracts from the great vehicle!!! Anyone looking to buy I’d advise Ignoring the delivery dates quoted and add at least 6-9 months!!!"

"Amazing service and staff, special thanks to the team who were friendly and helpful. The Tesla showroom is like the Tesla car - very minimalistic. There are cars to sit in and experiment in. The lounge room has bathrooms and a water station, however is a step down from other show rooms that provide tea, coffee and soft drinks, and muffins and cookies. There are few different service tables around the showroom to chat to the staff. There are plenty of car parks as well as a charger that can be used after hours. There was a basic tutorial and test drive. Paper work was conducted easily and quickly with the app set up. Pickup experience: had an appointment for 1:30pm however was asked to come 15 minutes early. The whole process took an hour which included changing number plates and signing papers."
