"Took my car for a service, wasn’t told that my battery didn’t pass the test, battery died when I was down south 2 days later. When I asked the owner if he had information on the test done he said he could find the paper work. When I phoned to book in for my rear breaks I pulled the invoice out and that’s when I saw in small writing down the bottom that battery didn’t pass. I questioned why this wasn’t discussed with me and he started yelling at me. Very unprofessional and as a young woman Its very confronting for a grown man to yell at you over a mistake he had done. He didn’t want to take any responsibility for his mess up. All I was asking for was communication on what I needed done to my car so I don’t get stuck and have to fork out extra money for RACQ"

"I took my car in after it started having issues with the clutch. I was told that everything was fine including the master cylinder. They bled the lines and told me there should be nothing wrong. A couple of months later I end up stranded with my clutch completely failing. The master cylinder needed replacing. I had to get my car towed to another mechanic to get it fixed. I would not recommend this place."
