"My appointment(dis) was at 9.30 on the 1st of December. I came at 9.10 and left at 9.45. There was only one person at the shop, who had no idea about my appointment. He said that some other people were coming soon that would service my car. No one came by 9.45. I left."
"Usually dont give such low ratings, but couldn't be less happy with the service. Brought my partners car in due to aircon not working, smoke in the engine bay, power steering not working and for the coolant hose to be replaced. A week and one service later we get the car back with the same problem and half a service done. Brought it back to them and explained again what's going on with the car and explained that I wasn't happy with the fact that 1) there was no coolant on the radiator or reservoir and 2) the coolant hose wasn't replaced, only had 200mm or so of hose cut off one of the ends and had the remainder of the hose shoved through the wires/ air intake... (pics related) After a further 2 weeks of waiting for them to "hear back from the wreckers" there was no word on the part needed nor had he changed the hose by the time I told him I was going to take it elsewhere. Oh, but he did top the coolant off... Again I don't usually give such low stars, but far out mate."

My Mate informed me about the H&F I visited for fixing my car ABS and Engine light one of the auto electricians fix the problem in half an hour without changing any sensor couple of mechanics give me a quote of $250 for that problem they charge me only $60 much appreciated your effort keep it up."
