In today's busy world, many women have forgotten how good their bodies are designed to feel until something goes wrong. Our bodies are complete, and all parts are meant to work together. I specialize in helping women become the best version of themselves and tailor treatments to adhere to this philosophy.

My mission is to empower, teach, and assist your body in healing. I aim to restore balance, reduce pain and stress, and treat the "whole body" by combining a range of holistic modalities. These include Remedial Massage, Intuitive Kinesiology, Food & Hormone sensitivity testing, Reflexology, Pregnancy massage, Flower essences, Essential oils, Energy Healing, Crystal and Chakra healing, and more. I believe in the power of self-healing and am committed to helping women trigger their own ability to heal themselves.

With a Diploma in Kinesiology and Remedial Massage therapy and over 14 years of experience, I have worked in various Clinics and Day Spas on the Gold Coast and Hervey Bay before recently moving to Victoria Point.

My kinesiology technique focuses on correcting the autonomic nervous system's perception of sensitivity, allowing symptoms to disappear over time. Through my holistic healing services offered at my home-based therapeutic massage clinic, I aim to bring balance back into your life.

I am particularly passionate about helping children who may be more susceptible to infections and sensitivities. Preservatives and additives can cause severe reactions in children, including behavioral issues, digestive problems, and sleep disorders. I have personally applied these principles to my son with Autism, and the improvements in his behavior have been remarkable.
