"Had a lump removed from my eyebrow. Had stitches removed by Narelle. She was lovely and very gentle. Would definitely recommend this doctors surgery."
"My husband had a big dog bite. We were seen straight away by a lovely nurse called Shania. She was very efficient and bright and bubbly so she put my husband at ease. Dr Tan also saw him promptly and was very thorough too The next day his hand was healing nicely"
"Last Saturday my wife has an appointment at 12:40pm, We arrived on time an no one was on reception. One couple was on the line ahead of us an apparently the receptionist was looking for some forms that that couple need to fill out. Then she start explaining to them what to do. after what it looks like more than 10 minutes we finally saw the doctor at 12:56 pm (the time was later confirmed by the receptionist. The Dr wasn't happy because we were late and my wife explains the reason why, apparently he did not pay attention to that because when we left the consult room, the receptionist inform us that we need to pay $40 extra for "after-hours appointment". When we asked why she answered that all appointments on Saturday after 1pm are charged as after-hours, hence the overprice. We explained that our appointment was a 12:40 and if we were late was because she took to much time helping the couple before us. We were not happy with what we though was unfair, because firstly we were on time for the appointment before 1pm. and secondly because we did not know about policy, she said that it was on the website but we did not saw anything simple because the time of the appointment was on normal hours. At the end she called the doctor and explained why we were late. But seriusly if she has taking the time to explain the doctor what has happened since the beginning It wold be save us and her a lot of time and a bad moment they seriously need to inform to the patients that policy before seeing you after hours. that's not correct to try to charge for something that we were not aware of at the time of the booking,"
"Doctors are awesome once your in their office but I've never had an appointment happen before half an hour after the booked appointment time. Maybe they need to make less appointments during the day. I'd make sure you don't have anything on within 90 minutes of your appointment if you don't want to be sweating."
"I attended with a suspect fractured finger. I was seen promptly for my scheduled appointment (which I made this morning online), had a referral for onsite X-rays, which were performed at the time, and had it dressed by nurse. Back out the door in under an hour. Every staff member was absolutely lovely."
