"I've purchased a few firearms from Halls now. The staff have sound knowledge of the equipment they sell (however, sometimes they is lack consideration for those that may not have the same level of experience). The reason I was unwilling to give a higher rating, was for a mistake made in the supply of my latest shotgun purchase. It is not so much that I didn't receive the 'Left Handed gun' I requested, it was more the reaction I received when I raised the issue (the sales person would not accept his responsibility in the matter). Whilst I did not make a big song and dance about it (i.e. I'm willing to 'try' changing the 4 decades old habit of shooting left handed), I am disappointed. To their credit, they did offer a swap to another type (which I declined)."

"I was looking at purchasing a 1911 pistol and had a Colt, Wilson, and Bul Armoury I was interested in. Paul (Evo) from Halls responded to my enquiry almost immediately saying yes they had a Trophy model in the store. Sent me pictures of it and all the details. The service was so good I forgot about the other guns I had in mind, and made a payment into their bank account the next day. Since I live quite a bit south of Townsville, Paul had all the paperwork ready to go for me by email, as well as the PTA. Soon as that cleared, Paul had my new baby sent down to my home by courier within 48hrs delivered straight to my door. Service FANTASTIC! I’ve put about 800 rounds through it so far, and it is a great gun with no issues. Came with five magazines as well. Thanks a bunch! Sorry for the late review."
