"Visited this Auspost twice consecutively while we were at Gold Coast. Totally different experience as compared to the one at Australia Fair. We were served by Eleanor on both occasions and she was fantastic! She was professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Such a welcoming and pleasant experience. On our second day, she remembered us, cracked a joke about me forgetting to get Express Post the day before and even reminded us to scan our QR code without which we will not be getting our My Post Business discount. All this was done with pleasantries and efficiency. We did not have a printer to print our labels and she served us ever so professionally without judgement and with process knowledge. Kudos to Eleanor! Hope I spelled it correctly though. Highly recommended!"
"Fantastic service, friendly staff and they are always willing to help when looking for a postal option. It can be busy sometimes, especially when there are people paying their bills, but the afternoon is usually a little less then usual. Parking can sometimes be a hassle for this store."
