"This company is SO bad! They never even try ring the door bell, they just put "sorry we missed you" card in the mail box. ALSO rather than having the item go to the post office 500m away (yes this is an option on the collection card!) they take it to their depot which is over 20min away!! What the EFF!!!!!! I hate this company"
"Another courier company that makes it difficult to get your goods, isn’t that the sole purpose of their existence. The sorry we missed you docket shows the depot pickup address but when you go there during business hours nobody answers the door. When you’re forced to hunt around you get attitude and told pickup only between 11am-4pm “it says on the web site”. No note on the docket, no sign on the door they make you stand and wait at with the doorbell being ignored. I recommend a courier company that wants to get the package to the customer."
"The Star Track driver with mobile ending in ..978 said the delivery had to be done today around midday or tomorrow around midday, and someone will have to be home to sign. I get a lot of deliveries but I have never had such short notice and such a small window of time to be onsite. I asked if there was any other option, and he said today or tomorrow, around midday, that’s it. I started panicking and trying to organise someone to be there to sign it off. When I couldn’t find anyone, I contacted a representative at the call centre to see if there is a little more flexibility with scheduling, she said it would be delivered today or tomorrow and left somewhere safe and she didn’t know why the delivery driver told me that someone had to be home. A waste of time and stress for nothing. Get more organised Star Track"
"Poor service which I've had multiple bad experiences with. The first time, I noticed the delivery van drive past my front door in my complex so I got up to anticipate receiving it and before I could reach the door, the driver threw my package at the door from his van and drove off. Second time, I missed a delivery as I wasn't home. I'd left clear instructions for Authority To Leave but the driver took my package back to the depot, with no calling card left. When my delivery was sent back out for delivery a couple of days later, the driver didn't knock on my door to hand the package over when I was clearly at home. They just left the package in a strange place which I luckily discovered. No email or text received to let me know my package had been delivered. All I can say is, it's frustrating as hell and they need to do better."
"I get logistics can be tricky and we need to be accomodating to changes. HOWEVER, when you need to sign for a parcel - and therefore stay home - you expect a prompt update if there is going to be a change to the day of delivery. But no. I only found out - after manually checking the status online every hour - that delivery won't be till the next day - this was after 4pm. I rang to follow-up, and they said to hang-up if not medical emergency etc etc. OzPost really need to get their act together in the Express Area. Tracking is woeful."
