"As advertised, my fridge was on, same day. I called about 9 and Eddie was here at lunchtime and had the needed parts. Good, fast service, Thanks!"
"Positives: Attended to our fridge not working within 3 hours :). Negatives: Did not fix the problem, did not answer his phone when it wasn't working still (24 hours later), then eventually texted back saying he wouldn't be there until after the weekend (not sure what you're supposed to do in Cairns for more than 3 days without an operating fridge?!). Arrived on time on Monday, and played around for an hour and a half before saying he was going to leave to attend another job (which had only just come in during his time with us). When questioned as to what he had done to fix the problem, accused me of interrogating him and stated he had "observed this" and "looked at that". Left without fridge working. Didn't bother to follow up. Obviously doesn't care about the quality of his work or anything that doesn't fit the mechanics manual. Very disappointed from someone who told us that "reputation in Cairns is everything"."

Excellent tradesman who was straight onto the problem & got the parts required. Ever so happy I called him to do the repairs. 5 stars from me & very reasonable with his fee. Thank you Eddie."
