"We were delighted from the minute we boarded to ferry to the moment we returned home from a day on Russell Island. It was a beautiful day and the trip was just gorgeous. After looking at a few properties for sale (for our son) we headed to the IGA complex where we checked out the store before grabbing a delicious kebab from next door. We were surprised to see such a well-stocked IGA, with everything you could need. I didn't get a chance to check the prices, but just remember that anything on the island is usually 10% or more above mainland prices, and it's important to support your local so you don't lose their services.
