"Terrible experience. Poor quality workmanship and dreadful service. After having a gate installed, it needed to be repaired within 8 weeks. Then AGAIN less than 3 months later. In total, we had to have them called out 6 times to fix their poor workmanship within 13 months, and then I gave up. I had to get another contractor to fix it properly. The owner was rude and arrogant after I had to call several times to fix what was agreed to fix, and then they did not turn up on several agreed to meetings. Save your sanity, go with a good quality company, which is definitely not this one. Zero stars is still too high of a rating for The Fence Shop."
