He got a bit grumpy with my daughter because she was buying multiple items, and it seemed to interfere with his phone call. When you're working in customer service, you shouldn't be on your phone"

"Terrible store they dont follow the refund laws. Tried to return a faulty IGear phone charger they straight up refused. Even with proof of the laws and regulations. Will not be letting this go easy will fight until this problem is sorted."
"We bought a faulty phone charger from this night owl and was strait up denied a refund. We showed proof the item was faulty and even showed culwinder (the current shop attendant) a receipt. He stated that the original packaging was required however as seen on the photo attached from the ACCC, you do not need the packaging if the item is faulty. As we were purchased the item last night, we had another customer warn us that he once bought a faulty charger from this shop... think maybe an investigation should be conducted on this premise. This issue is yet to be rectified"
