"Finest Japanese steal my arse.. spent 600 or more on knives there. The clever bent on first use ,chef knife on chicken bones and the sharpener failed within a week. Went to return them and was told we would get no refund from the store and to get waranty we would loose all our knives. Don't recomend buying there."

"Staff member shona was extremely rude and condescending when i was buying a new baking tray. I didn’t know what heat level a baking dish was capable of taking so i stated what i had been doing. she started snarkily commenting as though i should know this and have done a cheffing course. Id love to see her ask about car advice and get laughed at for not knowing something. Sorry not everyone is a qualified chef. 0/10 dont recommend. Rude and nasty."

Made sure I got the full discount and kept checking the click and collect system so I could get my ID3 roast and grill pan, which in my view is a great bit of gear that does the job better than I hoped.
