Once complete, we supply the sail/cover to the contractor for final installation, guaranteeing a seamless process.

To make your shopping experience hassle-free, we offer flexible payment options. Upon accepting our quote, we require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining amount payable upon completion, installation, or collection. We accept various payment methods, including cheque, cash, Eftpos, and credit cards.

When it comes to shade cloth, it is essential to consider the percentage of UV Radiation it blocks. Shade cloth acts as a physical barrier, absorbing and reflecting UV radiation, creating a lower UV zone beneath it. Factors such as color, weave density, tension, and age of the fabric can affect its UV blocking capacity and shade factor. We offer shade cloth with UVR ratings up to 95% for shade sails, and custom ratings can be made for large commercial projects.

Keeping your sail clean is easy. Simply remove any leaves and debris that may fall onto it, and use a hose for regular cleaning. For deeper cleaning, you can use a PH-free detergent with warm soapy water and a soft bristle brush. We provide a care and maintenance booklet with every sail to guide you through the process.
