"Centrelink partner provider. Helps find employment or extra training for those needing extra help getting back into the work force. I go as a requirement for centrelink as I am a university student who only works 12hrs casually per week and a single parent. Ashleigh is my case worker and understands my circumstances and is always please to hear my updates from uni and informs me of any changes for centrelink"
"Busy at Work are top job providers in Cairns, in a place where its hard to find a job provider that actually cares, I found busy at work. They cared about my situation when my other provider didn't. Sam & Jo went above & beyond to provide advice and help me with an incredibly difficult & stressful situation. Thank you so much guys and if you're looking for a good job provider who actually has your best interest at heart, give these guys a ring."
"Good people. That help however they can."
"Do very little to nothing to genuinely assist jobseekers. I have asked for information on or assistance to help get retrained with no response at all. They do not get back to you as promised & have not responded to the 4 emails I have sent. My guess is the government has put long term unemployed in this company to help their figures but the staff appear incapable of doing the basics of their job effectively. I am going to request another job provider & put a complaint in with Centrelink regarding this company."
"Absolutely useless in helping a job seeker find work. I have been with them for months and never once have they giving me jobs to apply for or referred me to a company. You have to apply for 20 jobs a month yourself and they don't tell you of any available jobs, and can't provide you with any available jobs. I always ask for a list of job vacancies they can give me but was told they don't receive any it's all word of mouth. They get paid to tick you off for attending appointments that's it, no help in finding a job. Avoid this employment agency at all costs because you will be wasting your time if your hoping to receive help from them in finding a job."
