"What a joke!! Was stared down until we left by the grumpy face behind the counter!"
"The worst customer service! First day in Palm Cove, I went in to have a look, grumpy older man didn't even greet me so I walked out. Toward the end of our stay we went back in hoping for better service, the same older man was there, again no greeting. Upon interest of an item, he advised that we "could not afford it" I was absolutely shocked. Not only is the shop empty and the service is not there, he also chooses to not sell anything! We stayed at peppers for just over 2 weeks and this shop was closed most days, when it was open, only open for a couple of hours in the morning. All the other shops in the strip are absolutely lovely, the customer service is excellent and very friendly staff, I do not recommend stopping and shopping at Tropical Style!"
