"Given the price of a kid`s seat hire one would expect a decent one. Would like to see anyone from Europcar management driving their toddler in a seat like this. Also for the money charged it could have been at least wiped, if not properly cleaned. Nothing wrong with the car itself, just beware if you pay for "Toyota or similar", you can end up with an MG with it`s reversed indicator controls..."
"DON'T DO IT! The ONLY car hire counter closed when our plane arrived, despite having a booking and regular correspondence regarding our flight, costing us $1k+ to find alternative arrangement (.... or sleep at the airport). Other car hire companies said this is a common occurrence. No key lockbox available. No customer service. No way will I use Europcar again. DO NOT IDENTIFY AS A CAR HIRE COMPANY SERVICING AN AIRPORT.. IF YOU DON'T SERVICE THE AIRPORT!!!! Oh,.. and don't fall for their cut and paste replies to these reviews. I contacted them several times, providing them ample opportunity to rectify their mistake and they DID NOT give two hoots about my family being stranded at Cairns airport after midnight with 2 x kids. Horrible experience and appalling service."

Kyle was patient, understanding and super helpful. He even upgraded my car selection, and I subsequently fell in love with this car after spending 7 full days together! Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Couldn't have asked for any better experience, and I won't be going anywhere else for my future car hire needs."
