"Customer service was appalling. Was greeted with a demand for my ID and refused to serve until my friend showed hers whilst she was still shopping for her drinks. Not friendly at all."
"Had a really bad experience. Firstly, within being in the store for 10 seconds, a really big guy starts following/looking at me as if im about to steal something. Mind you there are only 2 aisles and not that busy so it pretty obvious. Secondly, flat out refused service just because i was in the presence of a minor. Not even in the store, she was waiting outside. Offered to show my ID, but couldnt show hers because she’s still in school, he straight up refused me without giving me a valid reason other then shes a minor…. bad service overall.."
