Our partnerships with government entities have generated millions of dollars in returns through taxes and charges, benefiting the Commonwealth, State, and Local governments.

Furthermore, through collaborations with Australia's leading developers and builders, we have successfully delivered over 3,500 new affordable homes, injecting $1.4 billion into the Australian affordable housing market over the past decade. These partnerships have also created more than 21,878 full-time equivalent jobs, contributing to the economic growth of the community.

As part of our housing acquisition program, we are actively purchasing eligible NRAS properties that are about to expire from the NRAS Scheme. If you would like to find out more about this program, please click here.
