"Worst accomodation I have ever stayed in. The room had not been upgraded in a long time the carpet was stained the shower doors had rust, air-conditioner filter was full of dust never cleaned, the smell in the apartment was awful especially in the main bedroom, no amount of spraying room deodoriser got rid of the smell, last but not least there were also cockroaches. Had I been able to leave the accomodation I would have unfortunately everywhere else in Townsville was fully booked so we were stuck."

"Our family of 5 stayed in April 2023. The apartment # 1901 was nice, high on the 19th Floor with great views of Townsville. We were checked in by Deirdre who was very nice and as helpfull as she could be however the biggest issue the apartment had no WiFi which in 2023 is in our view totally unacceptable and very frustrating. We were not given any warning that Wifi was not available when the booking was made. Also a light bulb over the sink in both bathrooms was not working and no spares available at all. Deidre did her best to get us a lamp for the bathroom with the poorest lighting. NOT TO HAVE WIFI in 2023 is just NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!!!!! You have been warned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
