"When you spend over 3k on an outdoor lounge setting that lasts 18 months and its ready for the dump and they dont cover it under warranty you are not a happy customer! inside of cushions destroyed, outside of cushions discoloured even tho not in direct sun. wood splitting. Not happy!"
"Don't bother. I ordered furniture in late 2021, was told it would be a few months. I was ok with this as every store had delays. However, they never bothered to contact me once. We had to visit to be told "it is just being sent from our Melbourne storehouse". I heard that excuse every three months up until mid September 2022. Same excuse every time, no contact, and when I raised this they just ignored the concern. Considering how expensive it is you would expect some level of honesty. There are other stores in the area around the same price with good furniture, don't waste your time here."
"I had a great experience. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make sure furniture was delivered promptly. Prices are reasonable and I'm very happy with the quality of all items. Definitely superior in design to other furniture stores in the area."
"Excellent show room and I have always had reasonable customer service however my one star is for the ridiculous wait for everything. Most recent example is I wanted to purchase a floor lamp but was told I'd have to wait until early September for it to arrive in Melbourne then another two weeks to get to Cairns. Would I like to order one - that will be a no thank you. I bought a pretty good one at Bunnings instead. I don't understand why I have to wait so long for a lamp but was able to purchase a washing machine (shop floor model), the very same day, it was brought up from Innisfail and delivered the next. Surely there has to be some basic storage available for smaller items or is there no concern for regular loss of business due to long wait periods."
"Happy with the furniture but had consistent issues with deliveries of 3 separate orders locally ( arrived on the wrong day , no calls prior to delivery , drivers unaware what they were delivering , and a unit that was delivered to the wrong house unsigned for without us being told ) . Very poor communication throughout. I would not buy furniture from them again unless I was picking it up myself."
