"Che, Freedom’s Cairns manager, deserves this 5 star rating. I had a Sealey bed delivered to my home but the delivery driver didn’t assemble the bed. Che came to my home, after she finished work, and put the bed together for me and also took all of the packaging away for me. In my book this equates to 5 star service. Well done Cairns Freedom store- I’ll be back again with this level of customer service."

"This review is for the Cairns store. Went in to look for furniture and was assisted by Jake on Tuesday 28/2 and other staff who were working that day. They were great! They gave great advice, chatted to my cousins and I when we were trying the furniture and were very hospitable with us. Went into to pay the remaining balance of my deposit on Wednesday 1/3 and unfortunately was met by Jenny and another lady at the desk (whose name starts with L) and their customer service was absolutely appalling! Rude and arrogant to say the least! Jake and all the other staff who were on the day before I would give them a 10/10 for customer service. For Jenny and the lady who worked on the Wednesday, my recommendation is avoid talking to them if you can."

"It used to be a please shopping at the CAIRNS Freedom store with Jenny and Meghan. They have a new “store manager“ who is blatantly rude and has the managerial skills of a 12 year old. She admits herself that everything is new to her but how can you manage a store without knowing what you’re talking about. I don’t want to speak to 12 year old store managers, I’d much prefer the amazing skills of Meghan who has the maturity and skills needed to run a business, but who has sadly left. A big shout out to the Wonderful Jenny who makes each visit to the store, a great experience. I would very much like feedback from FREEDOM in Sydney please. Kind regards, Julie Shariff"

"The staff are so rude and unhelpful - we enquired about Christmas products that are on special both online and in Brisbane stores and they flat out refused to believe there was a special on even after another customer said that there was and even after being shown pictures and online evidence. They didn’t offer to contact their manager or do a price check. Extremely unhelpful and very rude through the whole process. They caused a loss of sale for their business through their rudeness."

"I have bought many items at Freedom over the years but my experience with two Dockland sofas was terrible. Two weeks after I bought them they went on sale at half price. By which time I knew why. They were very uncomfortable with lumpy filling and, worst of all, the couches were so cheaply made that the fabric of the couches did not extend to the back of the cushions. So no hope of turning cushions over. I had not thought to turn over the cushions when I bought the couches as I had never heard of such a thing as fabric on one side only. I won't be going back to Freedom."
