"Stock levels are awful, always out of stock of various items and they don't put out of stock signs on the display presumably because they would have to cover the entire store. All I want is the Nina Armchair, but oh no its back in stock 12-14 weeks.. where is it coming from? Pluto? Saturn? That is pathetic and not good enough, would be quicker to buy something off of Amazon and have it shipped from the United States. Fix this garbage FF and start a new warehouse in Townsville and build up significant stock levels so you never go out of stock! Especially with those stupid lead in times."
"Great store, well stocked and friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of parking in front of the store and the pick up point is right next door. Located on Woolcott Street, just up from Castle town Shopping centre. In a strip of large stores on the right hand side going South. Bit tricky to get into though, if your coming from the North, go past the centre, but turn right at the intersection just at the end of the car park, go up that road maybe 500 metres turn right again at the second road, then after maybe 300 metres turn right again, follow this road around and you can enter the carpark. If you are heading North there is a slip road on the left, from this you can enter the carpark. Hope this helps."
"Experience has so far been overall positive, however when I collected my bed frame and returned home I noticed there was damage on one of the corners, I called up as soon as I found at and spoke to Adam on the 25/3/23, who was extremely helpful and gave me clear instructions on how to get in touch to return the bed frame, I sent off the claim and heard back in an hour with an option to return to the store and swap the unit for an undamaged one which is what I did. The guy that was working the warehouse that afternoon around 3:30 was amazing. Was quick and extremely helpful, also helped us tie and secure the bed frame to our trailer. His name was Darren. Customer service has definitely improved since I was last there. Good work"
