"To the old women working today between 11am -12. I rang the shop a few times with a question in regards to product availability. No one answered it so I drove 20 minutes and went in. No wonder why you didn’t answer the phone. You were to busy having a conversation about your personal lives that I even had to wait for you to finish at the counter. Poor customer service. "Thanks to the staff member who was somewhat helpful. When asked if they sell jackets I was greeted with a yeah over there and you just walked passed them as you come in. Wasn’t the best greeting but found them none the least. Will go back to Rockhampton and buy instead of purchasing here. The shop however was clean and well stocked. Cheers big ears"
