"Went in to buy pants 26/02/23. Two girls standing at front counter said hello to me on entry. No other customers in the shop. I asked can I try on a pair of pants and proceeded to change room. Pants didn't fit so I walked past to get another pair. Did that twice and still no service. Walked away and went to Connor and received great customer service from the girl there even though the shop was very busy."

"I normally hate shopping for formal wear or suits but I went into Tarocash in stocklands Townsville and the two young ladies that served me were super polite incredibly knowledgeable and really took the burden out of shopping for suits. Not only did they help recommend different suits based off of different events and styles but they were able to teach me so I can do this again in the future! They sized me up perfectly and offered to have the suit tailored for me aswell which was super convenient. Overall an amazing shopping experience and will definitely recommend them and continue to shop there in the future."
"I like this store. The staff are friendly and like banter with clients. The range if clothes is good - I saw clothes up to 5-6XL which is rare these days. Would like to see maybe 10% cheaper in general when compared with brands that Myer and other specialties stock, but you get what you pay for. This store is welcoming."
