"First...colour scheme is excellent...to me the way a shop presents is 50% of my engagement...I'm no Brad Pitt but if staff are not tidy and dressed to elicit my trust (weight, gender, body shape age, etc don't matter to me) ...I do not buy...this only applies to clothing etc shops, I expect a mechanic to have grease under his fingers and being carrying an oily rag...chippie to be wearing a tool belt & work boots, etc...or I'm not convinced. This shop had the right presentation, staff were dressed in a way that said...we care about ourselves and you...engaging, interested in my needs, the decor and layout were lovely and the products were excellent quality. My selection was in stock and fitting was thoughtful. Prices were a tad high but you get what you pay for...I will always pay more for quality & service....thanks House of Florian! My first visit but definitely not my last!!!"
"Just had an abusive personal ph call from owner questioning my good intentions of a package I purchased from her for Xmas present. I am in disbelief a business owner would phone a customer to abuse them and accuse their family or of being horrible. My Mother is 74 and had nothing but praises for the massage service person. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store and was treated very nice when handing over money. However when it comes to honouring the services it seems to be a very different attitude. I have never had this experience from a business owner before and definitely won't be back!"
