"Good quality mattresses at affordable prices. Simply Beds make most of their mattresses themselves locally (except for the more afforable mattress-in-a-box products), which means that the staff knew the products and that you should be able to collect your order within a couple of days provided that it is in stock. Unfortunately I had to wait for just over two weeks even though I was told two days. Doug, who was on the phone to investigate what happened, apologised in a polite manner and explained that there was a communication issue on their end and that he would ensure that my order is ready for pick up. Once it was ready, the pick up process was easy. Nevertheless, my overall experience with Simply Beds was positive. It is very nice to be able to support a local small business. I have slept on my new Spinal Comfort king size mattress for just over two weeks now and I am very happy with the purchase. A couple of things to note: the bed bases are made in Australia but not manufactured by Simply Beds. They are lightweight which makes it easy to transport, but still sturdy enough (Rohit the salesman steped on the bed base to demonstrate the sturdiness of the frame). The bedheads are made overseas."
