No staff around to help. 3x staff said they would look after me after their current customer,3x they went to someone else next. Had to go to tool shop and wait in line for 5mins to get someone to have 1min to help me... then they dend me to service desk and then service desk send me all the way back to the item where i had to wait for someone to come and get the item down. Waiting to wait.... much time to sit and be annoyed and write this review.. Waiting and Walking around i found a step... I'll get it down myself... Far CRY from Ballarat Bunnings..."
"It's big and it has lots of variet for the inspired handyperson or professional tradie. Trying to find exactly what you want can be a challenge. Trying to find a staff member who can help you might be your biggest challenge. Plenty of undercover parking where you will find the famous bunnings sausage sizzle on the weekends."
