"The staff here are so rude, especially the girl who served us. Not one smile or actual greeting from any of the staff, and the girl who brought us our food just dropped it onto the table and walked away without a word. We were speaking to the people at the table next to us and they were unhappy as they'd also had the same service. I would be surprised if you have any repeat business, I know we definitely won't be back."
"Located inside the Logan super centre, next door to Pillow Talk and below Anaconda. Normal coffee club menu, as you will find anywhere. Some ready to eat lines both savoury & sweet at the counter as you order. I ordered 2 poached eggs and hash brown with a side order of hollandaise sauce. Very nice. It's a very cold place, and it's disappointing there was no heaters at all."
"Rude staff refused to let us sit inside on a cold day because they wanted to mop the tiny bit of tile there actually is at 3.30. Meanwhile they happily allowed a workers girlfriend to stay and people were walking in and out anyway for take away coffee. I asked her please it’s so cold and she insisted NO and kicked us out. They close at 4 to be clear. That should mean allowing people to enjoy their beverage inside til 4. I even called first and was told very clearly they are open until 4. We’ve been before without an issue. Won’t be back. Coffee Club is overpriced for what you get anyway. This just happened today on June 21st FYI if management could please address this. Very poor service."
"My husbands toasty was okay, however I had to wait for considerable time for my chicken burger which was so dry and hard, the chips were lukewarm and old, just horrible real waste of money, Hungry Jacks makes better burgers! The front staff were nice and the waiters were very friendly but I noticed the kitchen staff disorganised yes it was busy but no need to put food out like that, we noticed too that several people were sending food back or just leaving it we paid over $40 and it was a total waste, never again."
"I don't know how someone can stuff up heating up wedges but they managed. I waited more than 25 minutes for a plate of largely inedible wedges. They couldn't even manage a flat white with just a drop of oat milk."
