Hungry Jack's Burgers Westpoint

"Wife ordered a bacon double cheese burger without salad. The cash register recept confirmed no salad. She got one with salad. We sent it back. They then gave her another one, but it had salad too. We sent that back and finally got what was ordered. Pretty bad. We also got only one paper serviette in the bag for the two of us. Pretty poor performance all round. It was a Wednesday night too - it's not like it was a Friday or Saturday peak time and they were rushed off their feet."

"I ordered at home via the app as usual, my brother drives there to pick it up. When he gets there, they tell him that the device that placed the order must be in the restaurant for the order to show up on their system, despite my phone saying it was ready. I drive there, walk in, and it's on the counter waiting for me. This is the usual way it goes for me. But how? I thought I had to be in the restaurant for it to go through? I'd only exited the motorway less than 45 seconds ago, so how could they have made, bagged and put my order on the shelf behind the counter and my drinks have condensation dripping down them in the 15 seconds it took me to walk from my car? Who did you lie to? Me or my brother? Either way that's terrible service. I order online to avoid the nearly 10 minute wait in your drive-through, and this is what I get instead?"

"My deserts "settled" according to the manager and the disgusting MRM nuggets replaced the REAL chicken pieces i ordered. Apparently customers don't like the chicken pieces, well i don't like bait and switch or being gaslit about the lack of ice-cream in the half empty deserts. Learn to fill them properly don't leave them full of gaps that they can melt down into and shrink. Also beware, if you order delivery then it's menulog that delivers it and they're the ones you have to chase to sort out any issues, HJ wash their hands of it even though i ordered on the HJ app, you can't dispute on the app, you have to contack menulog."

"I had the absolute pleasure of being served by a very friendly young lady by the name of Brittany. Britt is on her badge. Firstly Britt was extremely pleasant and understanding when I asked a question about the meal I wanted to order. I did ask to pick up the desert part later. After finishing the main part of the meal, I walked to the counter. As soon as I arrived Britt said O will get your desert. It was a chocolate Sundae. Because they made it earlier and it was put on a freezer, Britt offered to remake it fresh. It is so nice to see that young people today can have respect in their job and for the customer. I have been a manager in different jobs during my working career. Good service, or a great work ethic needs to be mentioned. it is not as common as it once was. I am not down this way as often but after the incredible service I received, I intend to come back soon. Thanks Brittany for a wonderful experience."
