My Cali Burrito was the same size as the mini Burrito Does the Y stand for Why? Missing food, terrible quality and way overpriced for what it is. Go back to Mexico"

My order has been wrong 3 times in a row. & when you say something you get a blank stare back or have to explain yourself to the same person multiple times. There is zero customer focus or care. "Always had a good experience up until this morning. Ordered breakfast through drive through and couldn’t hear the person over speaker phone. I went over to the window to place my order and got told “next time wait at the speaker.” Explained I couldn’t hear her and she wasn’t apologetic and instead became very rude. I wanted to drive off but unfortunately didn’t have the time to stop else where. Pick up your game- you are working on hospitality!!!!!!!"

"Just went to order, was extremely busy in drive thru and in store. Decided to order in store 4 meals. The staff was friendly. But when I got home they had packed my order wrong. Was missing a large chips and a regular burrito. This is the 2nd time this has happened. It’s just annoying coz it’s not like you are going to drive back to rectify it. Annoys me too that there is no feedback form or email address where you can contact them. They probs don’t even read these reviews"
