"I didn't catch her name but the younger lady of the two serving at the counter was very helpful and lovely, I brought in my sons pokemon pendant and asked her for a black necklace to attach it to for his birthday even though I was only spending $20 she took the time with me and opened the claw and reattached it to the necklace then put it in a box to make it look really special. I was super impressed with her customer service even though I was only spending a small amount."
