"Abusive behavior from one of the staff members towards my cousin in self serve accused her of stealing when she paid for everything her nephew just leant on the weigher thing where the bags go and she says “ I know what you’re trying to do, pay for the items or never return to this store” I found my cousin outside of cotton on crying, my cousin paid for everything and the lady went through all her bags and no apology what so ever.. this isn’t the first time either, she is usually in self serve most days and has blonde hair with her hair usually tied back, i myself have been accused of stealing before when I had nothing received no apology just get stared at every time I enter the store. I hope this employee isn’t like this with other customers. If you’re suspicious ask security outside of the store instead of belittling someone and not apologizing for being wrong.."

"Appalling service. 70" EKO TV is 3 weeks out of 12 month warranty and they refuse to do anything. Not even an exchange. How can you sell a TV that only lasts a year? Absolute joke."

"Went into Big W Beenleigh yesterday to look for a specific item, couldn't find anyone so I went to the service desk and she couldn't help me so she called someone to come to the area I was in and no one showed up. Just called this morning and the attitude of this lady was really rude. I wouldn't go back."
