"Do not use. Contracted through national car movers. Transport took 70 days Perth to Brisbane when advertised 21-28 days. Paid extra to transport items in car. Upon pickup, all bags and taped boxes had been opened with multiple items stolen. Company contacted and very poorly handled, wiped their hands clean. No customer service. Police report lodged and company reported to Office of Fair Trading QLD. Do not use."
"I've just used DAZMAC International Logistics to ship a 1930's classic car from the east coast to WA. I had previously used road transport, but that involves too many movements of the vehicle in transit. DAZMAC's option was a Roll-on Roll-off affair and the vehicle was under deck the whole time. And it was cheaper. The staff at DAZMAC kept me informed of the vehicle's movements along the journey. They sent me photos when it came into the Brisbane Port prior to shipping and facilitated a very easy collection at the WA end. Really nice staff who go out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend DAZMAC."
"We shipped a camper trailer from Brisbane to Perth. The pricing was excellent. There were delays with the shipping due to a back log at Fremantle Port, which then coincided with Christmas and New Years public holidays, (something out of their control) yet their customer service was excellent and they were fine with us having to change our pick up details twice due to these delays. Thanks DAZMAC, I would not hesitate to use your services again should the need arise."
