"The BB Freight Service driver carelessly damaged my parked car. The HQ promised a car would be hired (or Uber could be used) while car being fixed. However after waiting for three weeks, their staff (always in their break, finished early or need to check with their boss) instructed us to use our insurance. They are not revealing their insurance company, even our insurance trying to contact them no luck! The line apparently suddenly dropped during conversation! They have a very bad service, pretty much no service, and caused us nightmares by damaging the family car and mocking us around for more than three weeks. By all means, please stay away from them and their trucks."
