"Store hours advertised are not actual store hours, very frustrating when information is inaccurate"
"This Cotton On store really needs to fire their staff. No customer service skills at all, depressed staff who don't even acknowledge you and seem to hate their jobs, items thrown on counter when purchased and trying to rush you out the door. Over 30 minutes until store closed and were already locking up and acting like it was a huge issue to still have customers in store. To top it off the only acknowledgement had from any staff member was upon leaving when they checked my bags, never had that before at any Cotton On store. Won't be returning and suggest others don't as well."
