Welcome to Kiama Beach Cottage, located at 125 Attunga Avenue in the beautiful coastal town of Kiama, Australia. Our warm and cosy retro cottage is the perfect place to escape and unwind during the cooler months of Autumn, Winter, and Spring. With three oil heaters and reverse cycle air conditioning in the main bedroom, you'll stay snug and comfortable throughout your stay.

One of the highlights of our cottage is its northerly views of Easts Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Our north-facing sunroom and level yard bask in the winter sun and provide a protected space to relax and soak up the stunning vista. During whale season in May, June, August, and September, you can even spot Humpback Whales passing by from our backyard. We provide a spotter scope for our guests to use, and the end of our headland, just a 2-minute walk away, is a popular spot for whale watching.

If you're looking to explore the beach, Easts Beach is just a 10-minute walk away via the Kiama Coast Walk. This safe swimming beach is perfect for a leisurely stroll or sunbathing in the sunroom or backyard. The peaceful and serene views of the ocean, beach, and hills from our low heritage stone wall are truly mesmerizing and instantly restorative. Keep an eye out for the cows that occasionally roam in the paddock between us and the ocean.

While staying at Kiama Beach Cottage, you'll have easy access to the famous shops and cafes in Kiama and Gerringong, both just a 5-minute drive away. For a unique shopping and cafe experience, head to Berry, a 15-minute drive from the cottage. If you're feeling adventurous, take a 25-minute drive to the peaceful Kangaroo Valley village.

If you're a beach lover, our cottage is a short stroll away from Kiama's beautiful East Beach. You can also explore the stunning coastline on the 22 km Kiama Coast Walk, which starts at Minnamurra and takes you past headlands, rivers, beaches, Kiama town center (stop for a coffee!), Blowhole Point, the Little Blowhole, and Werri Beach.
