"We have stayed here on the same ensuite site three times in the past year or so. The water pressure in the shower was the worst we have come across. The pressure appeared to have been restricted to overcome inadequacies of installation, i.e. normal water pressure flooded the ensuite. Ground staff and plumber were very responsive in rectifying the situation today, could not have asked for better service. Given we have on three occasions paid for something of substandard quality, we requested the tariffs be reviewed. To their credit, management did reduce the tariff for the current stay. However, refused to do so for the previous stays stating they did not know whether the issue existed at that time despite us telling them it did. This inferred that we being dishonest in relation to our past stays. Management could have made good the situation by adjusting the other tariffs, thereby maintaining and indeed enhancing the goodwill of the business but chose not to."

"We caravanned for 3 nights in June 2023 (Sat-Tue) on a powered site and were placed opposite the bins and the amenities block. Not ideal, but not too bad either. The park was mostly empty, particularly from Sunday lunchtime. We found the maintenance/groundsmen to be very helpful and friendly. One young woman at reception was also very cheerful and welcoming. The kitchen was amazing. Very neat and clean with plenty of BBQs, ovens, stoves, and fridges. A visit here in summer would be lovely, especially if you had young children because they are well catered for with fun-looking water play equipment. The nearby beach is very calm, making it excellent for young swimmers. The Kiama coastal walk from the south end of the beach was breathtaking with every turn a photo opportunity."

"This park has it all! The staff are above and beyond excellent. The grounds and amenities are spotless and extremely well-maintained. Kids will never be bored and there's plenty of space for everyone. Would book again without a second thought! Loved it."

"Our family recently stayed in an ocean view villa. The villa is right on the beach, so we were able to have meals on the deck with the gorgeous view. The villa was spotless - everything we needed was there in terms of utensils, crockery and cutlery. There's a nespresso pod machine too and a couple of pods to get you going. The beds were beautifully made, and there were plenty of towels. The linens were great quality and perfectly clean/pressed. There's plenty for the kids to do, and also lots of relaxing. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. It's clear that management and staff are very proud of the park. We decided that we'll be back every few months. It was the perfect recharge and reset."
