"The best doctors surgery ever... I remember in 2016 wanting to find a good doctors surgery for my baby having had some awful experiences and I stumbled across Springwood GP. I'm not local but i'd travel 10,000 miles and pay whatever I needed to because the service is incredible. Every single doctor i've seen has always been so kind and patient with me and my babies. They always validate my concerns and are so thorough. I don't ever feel like i'm just a number. Reception and nurses are wondeful too so pleasent and quick actioning via email, phone or front face. And the place looks and feels clean. Although they do book up fast because they are amazing.. i really cant fault Dr Farage, Dr Kelly, Dr Sylvia, Dr Laurens and Dr Lai. i'm yet to visit the other doctors not listed but i'm confident they are also amazing because i'm yet to meet anyone who isnt. You are all doing an incredible job and our family appreciates you."

"I have been a long time patient at this practice - 18+ years. I have always been welcomed at the desk with a smiling face & a friendly word. However, since the management & receptionists have changed it's all gone. Not a friendly smile or word in sight. I did not receive a script & XRay referral when I phoned for one while on holidays over Dec/Jan 2018/19, and after 6 phone calls & promises to post them off, I still did not receive them. I had to make the journey from northern NSW & wait while my doctor printed out a copy. Management needs to address these issues as this is a good family practice, with wonderful caring doctors."
"Probably one of the most friendly general practices I've been to. The place has doubled in physical size since it first opened. The patient waiting room is the most comfortable I've been to, "cozy" is how I would describe the atmosphere. Doctors are competent and capable. There's even a lego wall for the kids! If you live in the area, I'd recommend making one of the doctor's here your regular GP."
